    Blood pressure high!

I before I started my cycle blood pressure was normal. On 50 Mgs of dbol . Jut checked it at Walgreens. 144/76. Is this a really high normal or what should be expected on dbol. Side note is I started taking Liquidex for my tender nipples and the tenderness is just about gone so I have faith in the products that are recommended for different sides. I heard Cialis is good at lowering pb. Should I order some from ar-r and see if that works. Also the guy asked me if I just finished working out. So I guess that can elevate it. I didn't workout but about three hours ago I did have sex for about a good hour. Could this have caused the high number or is the dbol to blame.

Take a few readings at different times. Your probably holding water and your rbc, hematocrit & hemoglobin may be starting to elevate which thickens the blood raising pressure. Liquid cialis from AR-r worked well for me by taking about 10-12 off my top number and 5-8 off the bottom. What does the rest of your cycle look like?

600mgs Test E per week. This is the middle of my third week of my first cycle. I started the Liquidex 4 days ago when it came in the mail. Taking .25 of Liquidex everyday until the tenderness in nipples are gone. After 4 days it's pretty much gone. Going to go to EOD starting tomorrow

Read about steroid side effects!!! Elevated BP is a common side effect. Lipid metabolism (cholesterol), hematocrit, rbcs, hemoglobin, WBCs and very likely PSA will be negatively effected by anabolics. Educate before you medicate so you can plan and prepare for these things.

5mg cialis 2x a day is what is typically recommended...plus it has many other positive benefits as well. Check out this thread:

    http://forums.steroid.com/hormone-re...is-2x-day.html

If you wanna cut through a lot of the "noise" in that thread (cause it is rather long) just read the posts mainly by the member, "steroid .com 1" and any other vet/monitor/hrt spec who may chime in.

@Muscle what do you suggest? If this is
Normal for most people should I be okay or should I try Cialis or something else while on cycle? I wanted to start my cycle a year ago but I decided to wait to develop more naturally. I'm 31. I honestly believe I have been responsible. Most gear to counter sides I can get within a day or two from my supplier. Just tell me what you guys suggest. And I actually will buy a monitor for home. At least that's what the pharmacist suggested if I'm going to cycle

As Odin suggested, 5-10mg of Cialis will help with some prostate issues and BP, but you will need to keep track of BP. Lipids are harder to assess without BW but I would recommend doing as much as possible to keep lipid metabolism and values in a healthy range. Cardio and nutrition are hands down the best ways to regulate cholesterol ad BP. There are numerous OTC supps which claim to support healthy cardiac function and lipid metabolism but the reality is (1) few claims wrt OTC supps are tested and confirmed (2) most supps wont provide much more need it beyond nutrition and cardio exercise and (3) the claims made are generally referencing the general population, not anabolic users so the purported benefits may be marginal at best. Having said that, there are several things you could try:

    - resveratrol
    - red rice yeast
    - cholestoff plus
    - hawthorn berry extract
    - oats
    - NAC

If your BP remains high after trying any of the aforementioned sources, prescription meds should be considered to control BP.

My primary suggested another supp to help with elevated BP...ready for this one??? Ashwagandha.

I had never heard of it but it is supposed to help up regulate mood via helping to control stress through cortisol reduction and I must say that I do think it helped to take that edge off. It wasn't an immediate effect but more like, one day I just noticed I wasn't so tense or up tight. It may be worth a try for you.
