Dying Libido Throughout PCT

I am currently in the 2nd half of week one of PCT post a long rough cycle. Libido is dead and dying like no other. . .

What possible suggestions or advice can I get on this? Is there any?


I got plenty of Cialis and V's on hand. But, even they don't really seem to help that much. @ a normal dose at least. . . .I really don't want to just take down very high doses since I have no idea what kind of side effects or reaction I will get.

Most I have taken so far is 10mg of cialis total per day, or 50mg of generic V's.


This does seem to help, but this is really kinda crappy. I knew shit was gonna go downhill, but not this fast and not this much.

What was your cycle?
Any hCG during?
Been using Deca or Tren?

Makes me wonder what I didn't do wrong when I see posts like this... 12 week cycle of Test E, using HCG and im on PCT right now with absolutely NO issues during cycle other than acne(which could be prevented had I been prepared for it). 1 Week in to PCT I feel fine...

whew....really?? Time bro. That's all I really know to tell you. I'm sure you're running all the correct pct protocols. I would suggest stretching out the nolva portion of pct to 6 weeks but in all honesty, you've just gone for so long on exogenous test that it's gonna take awhile for you to reach homeostasis. It sucks I know, but you may just have to let time work it's magic. That's my $0.02 but surely someone with more experience in coming off an extended cycle will chime in. Sorry I couldn't be of any more help than that. Good luck man!!

-What # cycle is this for you
-What you took on the cycle, dosage etc
-What AI were you taking and how much
-When did you start your PCT
-What are you doing for your PCT
-Height/Weight/Age

If there is anything that will help this, even recreational methods - Let me know, I am looking around and coming up with damn near nothing.

Started pounding tribulus today, but I am pretty sure that will do near nothing.

Its unfortunately part of the process. As said earlier..there is a window where the body has to reach homeostasis. Until then it's mind over matter.

just curious, are you planning on a slight longer pct than the usual 4wks for normal cycles? i would think you might need at least 6wks if not more.

Planning to run 6 weeks.

Clomid 50/50/25/25/25/25
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20/20/20

Considering jumping the Nolvadex to 60mg & Clomid to 75mg

3000mg of Vitamin C broken into 1k x3

3000mg of Tribulus broken into 1k x3

Throw that tib away and front load your Clomid 100/50/50/50/25/25

I can tolerate 100mg of clomid without much sides but i've never tried nolva above 40mg. The last time i did a 6wk pct i lowered the dose only midway through, after wk3.

Fair enough, what are we looking as the positive of this?

I was thinking the extra Nolvadex would be more beneficial than the higher dose of the Clomid.


As far as the Tribulus goes, maybe ill get some sort of a mental feel good from it or some shit. I'm not expecting any miracles from it by any means.

A long cycle is going to take longer for you to recover. Agree with Odins and Lunk and others here, based on my own experience and the science behind it. I've run 30 weeks in the past with no pct. it was more than a decade ago but I do remember going through waves of superhorny then no interest at all for at least a month afterwards. My last cycle was about 15 weeks, and I stayed on hcg through pct. I know that's not generally recommended here but I had zero pct issues. Tren/test/masteron. Clomid front loaded week 1 of pct @ 100mg/day then 2 more weeks @ 50, then 25 for 3 more weeks. HCG 200iu eod, later 200iu e3d (experiment) + nolva 6 weeks 40 wk 1 then 20. Also 25mg exemestane every few days for week 1_3 because my e2 went through the roof during the 1st few weeks of pct.

IMO clomid is far more effective at getting your axis back in shape. stuff is magical. For me anyways.

As long as you've been shut down, the clomid might be what you need in your case. I agree with tossing the trib....but I would bump the C way up to bowel tolerance. Vit C is a cheap and effective way to combat elevated cortisol levels which you are/will be experiencing.

^^ As Java said, it works for him and we're all individuals. In your case, being shut down for so long, it may work some magic for you too.

First off, Viagra and Cialis don't help with libido, they are both ED meds - there is a difference.

What was your cycle like, did it include nandrolone/trenbolone?

If yes, my best guess is that Prolactin could be the culprit.
