Thoughts on first cycle i have planned please
Hi, new user, i'm about to start my first cycle of test comp 250, which i believe is basically the same as sustanon 250.
I am 5' 11". 76.5kg at 14% body fat, have been training for nearly a year.
After research I have come up with the following cycle, I believe everything will go well, just want some opinions on it.
weeks 1-12 .25mg liquidex every second day
weeks 1-4 1ml (250mg) test comp, once per week
weeks 5-8 1.5ml test comp, once per week
weeks 9-12 1.5ml test comp every 4 days
weeks 13-15 .25mg liquidex every third day
weeks 16-19 nolvatrex (liquid tamox)
40/40/20/20
any suggestions, thoughts, hints or tips greatly appreciated.

you can still make gains without the use of AAS.. fix your diet.
IMO 'nearly a year' of training exp is not enough to be able to consider using AAS..

ok, i appreciate the feedback, i will be going ahead with the steroids never the less, how does the cycle plan look?

Blake..please understand that most members try to give info in the safest manner known. The fact that you are 22 and have only been training for a short time means that you could easily end up damaging your endocrine system as well as the ligaments and tendons due to them not being ready for the heavier weight and rapid growth typically associated with steroid cycles.

To be able to give advice on your cycle your stats are used to tailor an answer for you my friend
You are too young and the sides in later life should be your main concern
Your weight suggests you need to visit the nutrition board
Not enough years of solid training behind you so you have no base to start a cycle
All this before advice on your cycle which should be test only anyway........read the stickies on the young and steroids !!
Forget cycling for at least 2-3 years

I'm not sure why you are so adament on this dissision but you need to reevaluate it. You are not physically or mentally ready for this. Just store the gear for a couple more years until you are ready. Oil based compounds are good 1-2 years past the expiration.
