    Post 500mg test +anadrol or 1000mg test alone?

    Hey hello everyone I am thinking of making a new bulking cycle next week.

    I am now 185 pounds and 5ft9.5 at the moment. % 11 bodyfat.

    Which cycle is more suitable for gaining mass?

    Test 500mg 10 weeks and 50-100mg anadrol 4 weeks or

    Test 1000mg for 12 weeks ?

    I need your opinion. A lot of people saying first one will be better but I I really wonder what will
    happen at 1000mg test a week ? The gains will be much better than 500mg I think.

    What was your last bulking cycle and what were your gains like from that?

    I did test 500 mg 12 weeks and dianabol 30 mg for 6 weeks gained 20lbs keeped 12 of it.

    It wasnt a very strong cycle I want to do something more advanced.

    Some saying 1000 or 1500mg test is very superiror for bulking alone but I dont want to mess with hcg .

    Some friends in the gym saying 1000-2000 test alone is very good for bulking but I think most of the gains will come with heavy water retention and I will definetly need hcg for this high dosages.

    I want to do something more advanced mate, I want to gain 30lbs I dont care about fat gain now I will cut next year.

    What's wrong with hcg ?
    Or growing into your dose
    Eat more or change up training maybe
    1-1.5g of test is a lot

    What these friends are over looking, is gains come from nutrition/kitchen not a needle. How much and what you eat are far more predictive of gains than how much you inject. With anabolics, more isn't always better and with larger doses comes increasing side effects and the greater need to control these effects as well as choosing the best AI and dose to manage effects.

    Mate you are definetly right. I know nutrition is very important than needles but I will make sure eat very right and need your about cycle theory. Which one is more suitable for gain mass?

    I have seen guys who cant keep stable test levels after cycle with hcg . Supressing that much is very dangerous I think
    I will never touch Deca and tren for that reason mates. Only If you apologise me to keep stable testosterone levels with proper pct.

    There are no mass gainers no cutters etc like muscleink states its all in diet and training
    I bet you could gain the same on both
    But at least with low amount of test your not overdoing it

    Why not just do 500mg test and eat big 1-1.5g of test really isn't needed at all that's stupid
    I'm 255lbs and never go that high

    Did they run hcg during or after cycle? This seems to be contradictory to all we know about hcg
    Did they do a solid pct and then get bloods done?

    So you say it will be much better than 1000mg test alone?

    If your gains were good on previous cycle I say run that again. No need to bump it over 1g. You want to gain a lot of muscle like everyone else, unfortunately there is no shortcuts. Yes aas will help you but it's more about diet and training. I promise you if you're diet and training is flawless you can gain those 30lbs with minimal fat gain on just 500mg of test. You don't care now about fat but tryst me If you gained 30lbs and 25lbs were fat you will be frustrated like never before. And it's not easy to cut. 100x more difficult than bulking. You have to know your body perfectly to cut correctly and literally be flawless on everything.

    Meal 1 – 4egg white 1egg yoke (140 calories recheck!)+ 2cup/390g brown rice (90carbs;360calories)+ sala/vegies+ creatine

    Meal 2/pre workout –1.5 scoop ON 100%whey protein Shake(1.5scoops;36protien:165calories) with 500ml milk (328calories) +l glutamine+ banana (118g;27carbs;118calories)

    WORK OUT - just for a brief guide, quiet intense 5day weight lifting mornings 40min-1.5hr on a body part a day, bi's and tris same day. 2-4days cardio 30-40min walk at night on treadmill with high incline, purely to burn fat (2 days WILL be on my off days)

    post workout 1.5 scoop ON 100%whey Protein shake (36protien:165calories) + XTEND+Lglutamine+creatine +20 to 25 almonds (approx 161 cals)

    Meal 3- 2 slice toast(90g;128calories) with peanut butter (40grams; approx 230cals)

    Meal 4– 200g chicken breast(60g protein;240cals) +2cup brown rice (90carbs;360calories)+ salad/veggies

    Total calories and macro's?

    1 egg plus 4 whites is approx 85 calories and maybe 23g protein.

    How soon after your workout do you have your shake and almonds?

    I'm pretty sure you don't eat enough, carbs certainly.

    Thanks for a very good post. But I can cut far more easier than bulking. My ass was f..cked up for bulking I started 145
    now I am 185 with %11 bodyfat I want to get 200 lbs.

    I will better try this with test deca dbol stack =). But I need your pct help. I am very suspicious about stable test levels.

    Absolutely personal preference mate. I like my oats at lunchtime. I love steak for breakfast. Years of getting up really early and I was eating my 2nd or 3rd meal at 9am so it doesn't seem too bad that I have 'lunch' for breakfast sometimes.
