My head is feeling heavy at that time . I experience this only with legs workout. First three set of squat increase my blood pressure.

You feel it or you're measuring it?

You can't accurately gauge your BP based on how you feel.
Besides, it is normal for your BP to spike during intense exercise, especially if you are holding your breath to do a valsalva maneuver or something.

that's an important piece of information that you left out of your OP. You need to learn how to breath while you're lifting. Get a spotter.

My blood pressure detail on legs workout day

    So?
Blood pressure is measured at rest. It will always measure high if you take it during a workout.

Leg training is TOUGH and getting queasy is pretty common. Are you like this AFTER the workout all day too or
    just during your training?
