    Lean bulk cycle help needed

    22 years old 6 ft 2 275, 17-20% bf

    This will be my 4th cycle.

    I am wanting to do a bulk cycle before cutting down.
    Thinking about tren , sust, and deca ???
    Any help is appreciated.

    huggy008, you should write up a cycle and let the board take a look at it. When you just post "tell me what to do" it shows you haven't done much research on your own.

    ^^^ this....and give serious thought to posting your nutrition plan. Nothing happens without proper nutrition to reach and sustain your goals.

    I was thinking of running for 10 weeks at

    Tren 100 eod
    Deca - 300 twice a week
    Sust- 300 twice a week
