I'm looking for some advice and critique on my second cycle I am planning to start in about 4-6 months once I complete PCT of the current cycle I am on now. I am about to come off a 10 week Sustanon 250 and Winny cycle pinning 250mg Sustanon twice a week and .50mg Winny EOD. I saw decent gains in mass and strength, but didn't get the definitin I was looking for. For my second cycle, I am looking for something that will increase mass and strength and help me cut at the same time.

Height: 5'10"
Weight: 200lbs
Body Fat: 15%
Workout: 5 days a week with 30-45 minutes cardio each day
Diet: High protein, high carbs, low fat
I am considering the following:
Weeks 1-14
500mg Test E
Weeks 2-14
400mg Deca
Weeks 4-14
.50mg Winny EOD
Arimidex .25mg EOD during cycle
HCG 250iu 2x a week during cycle
PCT
Weeks 16-20
Clomid 75/50/50/25
Nolva 40/20/20/20
I would consider dropping the deca, but would like some advice on a solid cycle to help me bulk, gain strength, and cut. I appreciate the feedback and advice.
