    Second Cycle Critque Please

    I'm looking for some advice and critique on my second cycle I am planning to start in about 4-6 months once I complete PCT of the current cycle I am on now. I am about to come off a 10 week Sustanon 250 and Winny cycle pinning 250mg Sustanon twice a week and .50mg Winny EOD. I saw decent gains in mass and strength, but didn't get the definitin I was looking for. For my second cycle, I am looking for something that will increase mass and strength and help me cut at the same time.

    Stats
    Age: 38
    Height: 5'10"
    Weight: 200lbs
    Body Fat: 15%
    Workout: 5 days a week with 30-45 minutes cardio each day
    Diet: High protein, high carbs, low fat

    I am considering the following:
    Weeks 1-14
    500mg Test E
    Weeks 2-14
    400mg Deca
    Weeks 4-14
    .50mg Winny EOD
    Arimidex .25mg EOD during cycle
    HCG 250iu 2x a week during cycle

    PCT
    Weeks 16-20
    Clomid 75/50/50/25
    Nolva 40/20/20/20

    I would consider dropping the deca, but would like some advice on a solid cycle to help me bulk, gain strength, and cut. I appreciate the feedback and advice.

    Hello cbaker,

    Here's how I would run this future cycle:

    Week 1 to 14: Test E 500mg/week
    Week 1 to 12: Deca 300mg/week
    Week 9 to 15: Winny @ 100mg EOD (assuming injectable, if tabs, run 50mg ED)
    Week 1 to 14: hCG @ 500iu/week
    Week 1 to 16: Arimidex @ 0.25 EOD

    Keep Prami on hand. If needed, use at 0.25mg ED only before bed. You can increase to 0.5 if you feel OK.

    PCT looks good, I would run clomid @ 50 for your last week.

    Another thing worth mentioning is your plan to bulk and cut. Pick one and adjust your diet accordingly. I would suggest dropping all of this and just a simple test cycle while cutting down to a lower BF% THEN come back later with the Deca and do a lean bulk!

    Wanted to give everyone an update on this cycle. I cut my body fat down to 11% before starting the cycle four weeks ago. I weighed in at 186 pounds four weeks ago and weighed in at 197 pounds this morning. My diet is in check...eating a lot but keeping it healthy. Hitting the gym 6 days a week and doing high intensity cardio three days.

    Running the cycle austinite posted above except taking oral Winny at 50mg per day.

    Week 1 - Didn't feel or see much, which is expected being the first week, but did notice a slight difference in engegy towards the end of the week.
    Week 2 - Metabolism is really high and starting to see a slight increase in strength
    Week 3 - Can definitley start to feel it now. Sex drive is on fire, eating a lot, sleeping good, endurance is incredible, startin to lift more without feeling tired
    Week 4 - Really seeing a difference in size, the way I feel, can lift longer and harder, went up 20 pounds on bench and hit 12 reps with ease, feel like I could lift all day. Just feeling really good at week four and look forward to what lies ahead.

    The A-dex and hCG seem to keep the sides in check as I have not experienced any sides so far. I am pretty pleased with this cycle so far and appreciate the tips from austinite and Lunk1.

    It pays to do your research and make sure everything (body fat, diet, gear, PCT, etc...) is on point before jumping into a cycle.
