About to do my first cycle, does this all sound good?
Hi all, I'm about to do my first cycle, here's what I have planned.
17 week cycle
1-12 weeks testosterone enanthate 500mg weekly
15-16 weeks nolvadex 40mg daily
17 weeks nolvadex 20mg daily
some people that are helping me plan also suggested the following things but I'm unsure of whether to implement them because it will cost me more, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.
Take clomid with my PCT as well.
take something like pregnyl (HCG ) to keep natural test producing through the cycle.
get an AI like armidex and take .25mg every other day to prevent gyno rather than having to deal with trying to get rid of it if I do get it.
^ Are some of these extra things un-necessary, or should I implement them all? I dunno, seems like a lot of stuff considering I'm only cycling test-e.
And I was also told to never buy AAS over the internet and always find a local source, is that true? So much contradicting advice I get off different people lol

At 19/20 years old nobody here would recommend any AAS cycle for you. But you already know that in view of your other threads.
Eat, lift sleep, repeat. That's all.

Same advice as your previous thread Steroids @ 20 yrs old? Cycle of testosterone. Thoughts?

Yes I know that its not reccomended for me to do a cycle because of my age, but I am going to do a cycle anyway.
So if there's any information you can give me for this cycle it would be greatly appreciated.
I've been training 2 years now.

208g protein
78g fat
340g carbs
Mostly all from clean foods, although I do have nutella on a sandwich but I'm cutting that out soon and making my diet 100% clean and upping the cals to about 3200-3500 (currently at 3000 and not gaining weight cause I'm an ecto hardgainer)
Micro's I don't watch too much except for soudium and fiber
sodium 1929mg (will lower this when I clean up diet)
fiber 38g (also going to try and hit around 50g when I clean diet up)
I feel like my diet is pretty good right now and I have been tracking macro's for over a year now (previously dreamer bulked before that and had to learn calorie counting in order to do a huge cut from 30% BF) someone told me just to eat a heap of food so I did for a year and got fat (currently around 17% BF about to cut down before cycle so I have a little room in-case I make some fat gains). when I clean my diet up I will be 110% happy and satisfied that my diet is spot on.
EDIT: should mention that I eat the same thing every day, I find it easier this way because there is less fluctuation in water weight and such each week = easier to see weight changeLast edited by JBrah; 06-25-2013 at 08:04 AM.
