Why is it bad to shake HCG

Why I it bad to shake HCG ? I have a habit to shake any liquid (besides water) to assure "everything" is mixed evenly.
I heard HGH can turn in to Amino Acids if shaked or agitated enough...so is the rumor correct in regards to HCG? And if so...why?
Thanks in advance...I have looked for answers throughout the web and I ca not find the "truth" to this rumor.

Just swirl the bottle slowly because it is very sensitive compound. It should dissolve once it comes in contact with the Bacteriostatic water. Rememberto run the liquid slowly down the walls of the vial.

Why shouldn't it be shaken vigorously? What will happen to it? I've seen people say this, too. I always shake mine. Vigorously. It works fine after that. I think it's BS.

From what I hear shaking it vigorously could damage potency. Not too sure about that though.

I'd like to see some clinical data on that. Evidence. So far I have yet to see it. Maybe one of the hrt experts will comment on it here.

If you've heard, "you shouldn't shake it"... then why shake it, right? Ive only heard not to shake HGH, but I'd imagine the same might go for HCG also. If someone said... "don't shake your cat," would ya wonder why

? I get where you're coming from though...wanting to mix it up like a water based aas to make sure its mixed properly. Just don't, and you don't have to worry about damaging it.

Ok.. I googled this and did not find a single page that explained WHY, but I found no less than 8 that said 'don't shake hcg ' on page 1 of the search results alone.There was 1 page that I could find, result 63 on page 4 of my results, that said not to shake it because it introduces air bubbles. Hardly worth worrying about but I agree with flacco the cat shaker - why do it? I have a thing about making sure things are thoroughly mixed so I shake it. It looks like it's nbd but not necessary.
