Hello folks,
hope you are doing well. I am thinking about starting a cycle at age 22 after 4 years of training, but I have never had any experience with IM injections and I would like to learn that before starting a steroid cycle.
I was wondering if there are any harmless over the counter injections available that can help me gain some valuable experience.

Hi Grizzly,
thank you for your advice, I am 5'7", 15lb at 10-12% body fat. my goal is to put on more lean muscle after my cutting cycle is over.
I am going to wait at least another couple of years but I want to get comfortable with injections.
I will look for b12 vitamin thank you.

I think you mean 150lbs. You can probably get up to like 180 or 190 without gear using proper diet and then Id recommend using AAS. I only agree with gear once you reach your natural "wall" so to say and 15% or lower bf
Also id say use a 23g,1in,3cc needle for all IM injections

I've never heard a guy say he wanted to practice sticking himself. I doubt this was a real question.

Believe it or not, 180-190lbs at 5'7" is quite large and not an easy task natty unless he has a large frame. I am 32 and still trying to achieve it lol. Then again, I am fairly small boned (tiny wrist and ankles).
