I need practice with injections

Hello folks,
hope you are doing well. I am thinking about starting a cycle at age 22 after 4 years of training, but I have never had any experience with IM injections and I would like to learn that before starting a steroid cycle.

I was wondering if there are any harmless over the counter injections available that can help me gain some valuable experience.

Injectable b12 but what are your stats? And goals? And what test are you using? And what doses? And you should wait until 25.. I feel like a hypocrite saying that but you should.

thank you for your advice, I am 5'7", 15lb at 10-12% body fat. my goal is to put on more lean muscle after my cutting cycle is over.
I am going to wait at least another couple of years but I want to get comfortable with injections.

I will look for b12 vitamin thank you.

Man did you ever get a shot in the doc's office or in the hospital. There is one way in and one way out. Stick it in, plunge and pull it out. Austin~ help me.... oh no.

I think you mean 150lbs. You can probably get up to like 180 or 190 without gear using proper diet and then Id recommend using AAS. I only agree with gear once you reach your natural "wall" so to say and 15% or lower bf
Also id say use a 23g,1in,3cc needle for all IM injections

Believe it or not, 180-190lbs at 5'7" is quite large and not an easy task natty unless he has a large frame. I am 32 and still trying to achieve it lol. Then again, I am fairly small boned (tiny wrist and ankles).
