    Maintaining after cytomel

I am towards end of my cutting and would like to add t3 for last 3 weeks. My question is how to maintain results after stopping the t3? If I maintain caloric deficit for few weeks until natural thyroid function resumes, will body fat % stay same or is some fat gain inevitable?

My stats: 32 yo, 210lbs, 10 bf%. On TRT. Current cycle 500mg test cyp only. Will return to TRT dosage at end of cycle. Thanks for all input!

You would adjust your diet accordingly to maintain body fat. Obviously that would require more effort than it would with T3's presence.

3 weeks of T3 isn't going to provide much fat loss, nor will it have much negative effect on thyroid function.

I respectfully disagree. I use t3 for a few weeks to burn off that last layer of fat that is hard to get off. I do agree with you there shouldn't be much of a bounceback because 3 weeks is not going to suppress too much of the thyroid function.

If you notice a huge result with T3...get your thyroid levels checked as if deficit T3 usage could of gave you a bigger jump if you were low compared to someone normal.

Good point. If you respond THAT well to t3 its worth having checked out.
