eca does impact the beta 2 receptor. Not primarily,but it does. Id take a week off or get some ketotifen and take 1mg ketotifen at night before bed. This eliminates beta 2 recptor "downregulation" if you will. Best of luck.
Correct. Ephedrine actually is a direct stimulant for beta's, mainly B3 which is what we want. Slight stimulation of Alphas.Quote:

There are no special requirements for switching from one to the other. However, as cited by Jimmy above, if you been on ECA for a while without a break or ancillary, you may to incorporate one or both methods to promote optimal benefit.
