Sorry.... im 5'8 12st and 40yrs old. Think my bf is about 12%. I train 4xs a week hitting each muscle at least once.... been training yrs. I want to put on some good solid muscle that will stick a around sfter cycle....
I've read and reread so much that I've ended up so confused. I thought 250 every 4 days. as for pct, so many dif stories.... nolva/clomid hcg..... I need advice in layman terms before I start...
