    Cool Test & clenbuterol cycle

    Stats:
    Age 24
    height 5'11
    weight 178 LBS
    healthy & work out 5 days a week
    been working out for a while now also




    hello everyone;

    after serious thinking I have decided I want to do a cycle for the first time. Test (injection) & clenbuterol (oral) cycle.


    my questions are what type of test should I get? test E? how many times a week should I inject myself? once a week? twice a week? every other day? and for how long? a month? 2 months?


    and same goes to clenbuterol, how many times do I take it for? a month ? 2 months?


    sorry for being a complete noob here but I rather ask and be safe rather to be sorry





    also if I take test by itself, will it be effective?


    any recommendations? that you so much for your time

    iv been training for the past year. my goal is get biggest muscle mass and cut down in fat.

    you need more training experience before you should be considering steroids ..

    there's no reason why you couldn't put on a few lbs of muscle and cut a few lbs of fat off naturally... fix your diet..

    And regardless first cycle should be test only at around 500mg a week. But u need to have ai on hand n take hcg n make sure u have ur pct (nolva+clomid most popular choices).
    But as said above. By the sound of it simply tweaking diet n training would yield fantastic results. You'd really be surprised. Take a walk down the nutrition section and workout section for ideas. Once you've properly hit a plateau then take the next step. Be much more effective that way

    Diet diet diet. At 5-11 178 lbs. you shouldn't have much to cut.

    Training experience is inadequate to handle increased strength. Ligaments and tendons are not ready.
