Why do bodybuilders nowdays use HGH instead of normal steroids ?

Of course they use normal steroids too, but why they use HGH ?

Why don't they just take a longer dose of steroids instead of becoming a pregnant cow ?

Because hgh causes actual new muscle growth instead of simple hypertrophy. Helps cut bf%. Increases protein synthesis exponentially. Causes more gains than steroid stacks on their own. More beneficial for recovery and repair

    The list goes on

Professional body builders have genetics also. Drugs can only do so much even with great diet, gear and training. Do not get me wrong you can still look like a freak but on Jay Cutler level genetics a play a part too

HGH will help maintain low bodyfat percentages and lean body mass, it will also assist to heal injuries and its also used for a general health supplementation. If your looking for hyperplasia then you will need to use it in conjunction with AAS and also at levels at around 8ius+ for at least 6-12 months. No gains or results are quick with hgh everything takes time nothing is achieved in weeks its more like months to see any kind of results. You also need to source pharm grade and take away any kind of risk with the generics what are knocking around.

I tried Pharm Grade Jins in 2006 and Generics last year. IMO the generics I tried were a waste of my money.

Yes and no. As a growth promoter, there is an ever present risk that GH could lead to the propagation of mutated cell growth (i.e. neoplasms/cancer). Since very few of us know with any certainty what our risk is for cancer, it's impossible to know the extent to which low-moderate doses of GH would pose a risk. More common risks, even at low doses are edema, myalgia, arthralgia, carpal tunnel syndromes, ad hypercholesterolemia.

Controlled, responsible doses between 2-4ius are generally safest especially when cycled on and off.
