Hematocrite question.

Whats the highest level of hematocrite you've reached during/post cycle. And what was that cycle.

I often see advise like giving blood after cycle.

Im just curious to see how high it can go during cycle.

I've been as high as 60.6%, but that was many many years ago before I knew anything about it. It was several cycles without donating. Lucky I didn't die. I felt like shit during that time.

HCT should always be under 50%. You should be very alarmed if it ever reaches 55%.

Also important to note, donation centers will reject your donation if your blood is too thick. So be sure to keep that in check. I've had to drain myself because of this.
