Am i even ready for clen? STATS!

    Age:18
    Weight: 205.9
    -39lb of fat
    -166.9lbs of muscle
    -44.2lbs of lean mass
    Total Body Water: 122.6 lbs
-76.1 lbs intracellular and 46.5lbs extracellular
    BMR: 2004kcal
    BMI: 30.4
    PBF: 19.0%

Took ECA, liked it due to curb of appetite and gain in intensity/energy but did not like due to the lack of being able to get an erection.(Horny GF)
Am I even ready for clen with my current stats? im not unhealthy, I eat a balanced diet and I exercise 6 days a week (Work at a gym) and if so, how much should I take? the current bottle of solution I have right now is 200mcg/1ml. Should I taper up or jump right into a higher dosage? Also, Albuterol (<, >, =) Clen?

If your blood pressure is fine you are good to go(general rules.)
However clen will be way more efficient at lower bf... 19% is pretty high...

    However,

You NEED to taper up not to taper down.

Albuterol is less harsh for most, i personnally love clen.

Dont go over 100mcg for a first run.

Clen is not magic... You need more than a good diet, you need a excellent diet to see full benefit.

    Good luck

At your age, exercise would get you to where you need to be. I would never suggest clen to someone unless you were in an extreme hurry to get lean.

No need for anything, put in some hardwork and design a solid cardio program and also sort your diet out. Burn bf naturally then when you come to a brick wall adjust it even more and so on, until there is no other option to use something to help get rid of the last bit of stubborn bf

I must agree with Marcus. Your body fat is too high to even see a difference from the clen at all. I would drop a solid 5% naturally and start from there if you still feel you need it. I love clen, but you don't need it right now. It is kind of a waste of cash at this point

At 18 I would assume given no medical problems that losing fat always comes down to diet. I must admit I hate clen it gives me cramps and I really don't think its that good a fat burner. Try carb cycling before you go down the clen path, these things tools and are not meant to be a substitute for pore nutrition.

^^^Agreed. No need for clen . You need to reduce your daily caloric intake and increase your cardio exercise.

    Eat less. Move more!

Change your lifestyle. Good health, lower body fat is all about lifestyle. Now put in the hard work and be patient. Stop looking for the quick fix.
