    halo is highly liver toxic


    i think small dose preworkouts just 5 days aweek dont cause superrion more than 30% it is not a matter

    thanks doctor austinite .....i read it times and times ...but i want to be strong i not to be a weak !! i am a weak ...i eat alot of foods but just i gain fats !!

    i think slightly suppresion of my test for just one month is not a big problem

    i did not mean i must take steroids to lift good wights but i think roids is the more effective ...if there is any supplement for effective increasing my lifts at gym please tell me

    I don't think you understand suppression. Nothing slight about it. But I see I won't get anywhere so i will let others chime in.

    I'm no doctor... but you sound like you're setting yourself up for TRT by the time your 30 (latest). I started at 18/19 and I'm basically right there... where you've got a much greater chance of being when you hit 27/28. You must not have read shit, bc most AAS that a newbie would take to be "strong not weak" would cause complete suppression. And for longer than 1 month. Nothing guarantees that you won't fvck up your endocrine system permanently.

    If you consider yourself weak now... and you don't know how to put on muscle... "Only Fats"... and think a month long cycle will cure of this weakness... mark my words... YOU WILL BE BACK IN THE SAME POSITION YOU ARE IN NOW, WITHIN A COUPLE MONTHS. YOU WILL LOOSE ANY GAINS YOU MAKE, AND WILL FEEL WEAK AGAIN. YOU WILL CONTINUE TO USE AAS BC ITS THE ONLY THING YOU THINK WORKS FOR YOU. YOU WILL HAVE FVCKED WITH YOUR HORMONE LEVELS SO BAD, THAT BY THE TIME YOU'RE 28, THEY COULD BE FVCKED UP PERMANENTLY. Like me. Then it is a big problem. I hope you make the right decision to wait until you really need them. If you can't make gains... its either your diet/training/lifestyle thats holding you back, or maybe you should see a doctor and have some blood tests done.

    i dont to go into cycle but just using it as perfomance enchancing supplement preworkout ..

    i heard that tbol cause just 30% suppresion of hpta after one month use of 20 mg daily ....and recovery is fast !!

    You need to read a lot more. AAS are not interchangeable with PWO supplements. You may not consider yourself to be cycling but you are. I heard meth pumps you up. Would you want to take it as a PWO? No, cause you'd be a tweaker if just using as a PWO.

    Bro at 19 I was thinking about ****ing not taking steroids . Bro you can get so big naturally in just a year if you hit the gym 4-6 days a week and u can get do jacked people will think you on roids. I didn't start my first cycle until I was 31. Before I took roids people asked me if I was using cause I was so jacked. Don't mess up
    Your insides bro. When you get older it's okay because your body is different. That's why these young guys who start steroids at 18 only have about 10 years in the game of bodybuilding. Shawn ray is one of my favorites but by 40 he put out a DVD about how to stay fit at 40 and trust me he was not the old Shawn ray. Wait at least until 25 bro

    One more thing, you say you only put on fat. You don't even have a basic knowledge of training and dieting if all you put on is fat. Steroids doesnt make a champion, it's the hard work, training and dieting that makes the champion. Steroids is just an aid, like a steroids free pre-workout.

    Take organic beat juice 2 table spoons before each workout along with the oats, banana and protein these guys were saying. Then take more protein after your workout. You are nineteen and you are already a walking steroid so keep wanking off upon waking up and before going to bed to stimulate your testosterone . If you get on some steroid/drug for a pre workout you will just get fatter and loose the use of your wiener completely. If you want to spend a bunch of money because you read too many magazines and insist on using supps then try some NOexplode and lots of water. You will see more gains from all this then any steroid. Also read the nutrition threads on this site for the next five years and then ask again about steroids . You will have a way better experience. These guys aren't giving you advice cause they have nothing better to do. They are experienced and want what's best for you so you can be all you can be, don't waist their time and don't waist your testicles!

    Crap, another one. It's funny all the 18-22 year olders know stuff I never knew, they always have a faster way to get big and not hurt anything within their bodies. Their Growth and how to manufacture natural Test by their body hasn't even got to second base and they think they can turn it off and it will just come back to what it doesn't know how to begin doing. I say all this in laymen's terms so the kids can understand.

    Go figure how they have cornered the market on this knowledge. Hey my bro told me so ...hahaha! But I read if I do, and It it works then I might have an IF'n chance.

    The biggest is they don't realize that when it all said and done, those first few cycles and they lean out, they will have no more then if they did it naturally and in more cases with injuries cause the other ligaments and tendons and attachments were not ready to handle the TEMPORARY load.     This is defiantly true.... I'm sure my body wasn't ready to squatting and pressing the amounts I was in as easily as middle school.... "Not using ass of coarse" just training alone... I wonder what differences i would have in my physique tho without.. Now that I have a son I wonder if I will have him lifting as a young child.,,...

    cheque drops , trestolone and TNE can be used as a preworkout and very effective at it. But as mentioned above, i don't think you understand the first thing about AAS. Read about nutrition, then read about AAS. Then after you're older, if you still want to run it, you'll have a rock solid nutrition plan and be knowledgable enough on AAS
