(As this is more important) some ppl take steroids specifically because they can't get their mass up. But you must must must have a base to work from. Have your nutritional intake dialled in(most important IMHO). And have a better than average workout routine/s in place. And lastly. Know exactly how to build from one ester and grow into doses. N if ur under 25. Everybody would agree to wait. Research. N research some more until u know each and every important aspect and outcome juicing can bring.

Do you have any recent pictures?
You should not do AAS if you are overweight, or fat.
If you have visible abs, then you are low enough in bodyfat % to consider starting using.
You should also have a few years of solid training.
You also need to already have your diet in check.
Even if you have been training for 12 years, but have had time off from the gym, you should still get at least 1 year of consistent training before you jump on to using AAS.
What are your current goals?
Where would you put yourself using this picture?

Need to get BF down before anything. And learn how to eat right. Those are essential not only in daily life, but the body you want to construct. Diet, diet, diet.

Honestly you really should get that bf down before considering cycling. Its not what you want to hear but you will be much happier with the results if you do.

I agree with Jim.
You should start by trying to drop down to at least 15% bf, lower if you can.
It's safer, its healthier and you'll see the results of a cycle more if you're lower in the bf%'ages

Thanks guys for all ur comments
I will consider all those advise
But roids cause a change in the body
U get more lean mass and increase the metabolis so that the roids can helpe me too to decresease de bf %

No, just no....
The extra bodyfat you are carrying also means that more test will convert into estrogen, and you'll end up with high bloodpressure, which can kill you, bloat which looks like crap, and gyno which looks like crap and is rather expensive to get rid of.
These things can be controlled, but listen to what everyone here is saying and CUT first, you'll be happy you did.

Yeah, thats quite a bit of BF you're carrying around there mate.
Try cutting down before you cycle, the guys over at the nutrition section are friggin wizards when it comes to food!
With their help, NO AAS, and for the most part not even training, I lost 89 lbs.
Went from 256 lbs to 167 lbs.
Once you get started it is easy, -10lbs in a month is no problem if you go for it.
Save the 'roids for when you're bulking
