I am currently on the third week of my 12 week cycle (tomorrow is my fourth jab)
Running:
Week 1-6: Dbol 40mg (10mg on waking, 20mg pre workout, 10mg post workout)
Week 1-12: Test E 500mg
Nolva on hand for gyno (and eventually for pct starting week 14: 40-40-20-20ed)
So this is my first cycle and am gaining more than I expected from the whole cycle with HUGE strength gains already..
Starting stats:
Age: 25
Height: 5ft 10
Weight: 205 pound
bf%: 13/14
Day before fourth jab (fourth week):
Weight: 225 pound
bf%: 13/14
That's 20 pounds in 3 weeks? This is my first cycle, I know it is mostly water retention from the dbol as the test has not yet kicked in (although am starting to feel it already), but is 20 pounds normal gain this early? Just high purity gear and a good reaction to it?
I am taking shit tons of vitamin C, BCAAs, omega 3 tablets, multivitamins, zinc and milk thistle for liver. - Some debate on whether vit c, extra bcaas (as you get it from food) and zinc makes a difference but no harm in it right?
My diet macros are 40:40:20 all in check - Hungry all the time.
