Bad Kidney values from bloodwork while on cycle

    Hey guys,

Ive goten 2 blood tests 2 weeks apart, and both have come back with a creatinine level of 140 and GEFR level of 59.
The doctor that gave me the blood tests has advised me to see a kidney specialist immediately.

After asking how common this kind of reading is, he scared me when he said he's only seen this kind of reading from really sick, really old, or really medicated people, never anyone my age (26)

Has anyone had a similar result? Is this just something that happens when on gear, and then returns to normal when off and recovered?

I would really hate to spend $$$ seeing a specialist, take time off work, etc, just because my doctor has never tested anyone on gear and doesnt know about it

It would be ideal to know what you are cycling. Tren can be quite harsh on the kidneys which is why your water consumption needs to be increased. A lot of people worry about hepatotoxicity (liver toxicity) for good reason but fail to remember the kidneys are just as susceptible to damage since they are responsible for clearing drugs/toxins from the body.

    Hey mate,

Well the story goes, i planned to do test e, boldenon and primobolan . I did all 3 at the start, 250mg test, 200 boldenon 200 primobolan. Then my sex drive took a crash and i started getting tired alot, so i thought id bump up the test (i was planning to anyway) and went to 375 then 500mgs. issues persisted, so i stopped the primo for one week, then stopped the boldenon as well and stayed on the test.
Went to get blood work, which came back with a really low test level. How thats possible when i was jabbing 500mg test a week i have no idea. I told everyone else that was using the same gear what happened, and tried convincing em that the batch i got was not test, but theyre all feeling fine so i dont know. One has gone for a blood test to check test levels as well, will have results soon.

Are you running an AI and have you had your E2 and PSA levels tested in addition to kidney function?

Yes i was running nolva 40mg, while waiting for my arimidex to come in because my gyno started to flare up early in the cycle (I dont understand that either!)
The E2 levels and everything else on the bw was within normal range, except for low test and bad kidneys. The BW was done a good 5 - 6 weeks after the gyno flare up

Would you know whether i actually have to see a specialist? is that reading that bad?

I would suspect some funky gear may be the culprit.

A guy posted about a year ago that he had the same thing happen only he got deathly ill and was hospitalized. His kidney levels were so bad they were life threatening...I wish I could clealy remember what he was taking other than test which was not the culprit, but I am thinking some peptides and some non pharma HGH were part of the cocktail.

Other thoughts, are you by chance taking MTII? very high doses of MTII can cause extreme stress on the kidneys. Also of course any non doctor prescribed HGH would be the first thing I would stop since 99% of its full of all kinds of weird shit.

If it were me I would stop everything (other than food and water) you are doing right now just as a precaution, you can always pick up another cycle of this or that but your health is not easily repaired. Also be on the lookout for any environmental exposure, building renovation, new job in manufacturing etc. some people will react to environmental exposure way before others.

PS I am no doctor, bump for those with more knowledge in this area.

Mine arent THAT bad. The "high" range for GEFR levels is anything under 60, and mines 59.
From what ive read, creatinine levels are higher than normal in people with over average lean body weight, ie muscly people so i dont know if this doc is just over reacting.

I'm going to stay off and recover my normal test levels. This cycle has been a nightmare, pretty bummed out about it all, so im just going to come off, but i want to avoid seeing this specialist if i dont need to.

i got bloodwork just a few weeks ago on 700mg tren with no adverse kidney readings. im taking 5g creatine a day and even my creatinine levels were normal. My liver values were also fine. i would think bad gear may be the issue. come off and lets try to see what numbers you get when your body is working on its own without outside drugs

it was a blend, and i was only supposed to be on 200 test. however, it turned out to be 700 test. so 700 tren /700 test. my lipids were all fuked to hell and back.

are you taking creatine? that would explain the high creatinine levels... up your water intake.

Unless your MD is considering additional tests to screen for proteinuria and hematuria, a specialist may be necessary to rule out CKD (kidney disease). There are many factors that could be contributing to the abnormal values which may or may not be related to your cycle.

his levels dont seem that abnormal to me to be honest. one is within range and one just barely over. but if he's using creatine, that would explain that. im not an expert, but these arent alarming like his doctor is acting.

My levels 2 years ago were fine. The only thing thats changed in those 2 years is gear usage, and even then i did one test-E only cycle last year (375mg/week) and this short cycle this year.
I did do 1 week of ghrp6 and cjc peptides, but got straight off because they gave me anxiety, i wasnt even using that much

I was taking up to 10g daily up to a month ago, but stopped

    If it means anything:

    Urea 7.7
    Urate: 0.51
    AST 40

Those 3 were also bolded, meaning they are not within normal ranges

well you might wanna get looked at then. seems something might be up. The liver value (AST) is not bad. you will get numbers near that just from working out.
