Is my organon pregnyl 5000 iu FAKE??

I am week 5 of an 8 week test prop cycle and my balls are as small as they would be without HCG. I am injecting 500iu x2 a week since week 1 and still no results.I was considering trying out the pregnancy test on it tomorrow. Anyway check out the pics and let me know what you think. Also, it was shipped from Portugal if that helps at all.

Buy a pregnancy test and drip a small amount of the hog on there
If it turns positive congrats your good to go

OK so I did the pregnancy test and it tested positive. So it is legit. However, I don't understand why my balls are so small as if I wasn't taking HCG. I mean I am taking 500 iu x2 a week. Doesn't make sense to me
