test e i dont feel until around week 6 and p i feel it in a week so im using the prop as a kick. ill drop the e 2 weeks before the end of the cycle to clear out all the esters and ill continue the prop until the end.Quote:

First if the pic in the AVI is you then it's not anywhere near 9%. What is your cycle history? I would pic a cut or bulk instead of considering recomp.
How many cycles have you run? And what compounds?
For your sustainable goal and comp prep, run test e, tren and var. do the rest with diet and at the gym where most of your time must be spent. Change your workout routine and stay strict and focused like you training for Olympics.

Like I said...IMO it's best to pick either a cut or bulk as recomp takes a level of diet dedication that many do not have.

Really enough of the eq hate he might respond to it well. I love eq and it works well for me.
Experiment everyone's body is different maybe it will work for you maybe it won't.
