Summer recomp cycle. Can someone check it over make sure everything is solid
Stats:
29
6'1
222
bf 9% on calibers
had bloods done end of may hormones and lipids were all good besides hdl was a little low.
goal is to recomp keep bf low and have slow steady gains
12 weeks:
test e 400wk
test p 400wk
eq 600wk
injects eod
stane 12.5 mg ed in morning
hcg 250iu 2x a week = 500iu wk
pct
clomid 100 75 50 50 50
torem 120 90 60 30 30
hcgenerate
also might throw in var and proviron in there

test e i dont feel until around week 6 and p i feel it in a week so im using the prop as a kick. ill drop the e 2 weeks before the end of the cycle to clear out all the esters and ill continue the prop until the end.
Eq will b good for slow steady gains throughout the cycle. I may add In mast towards the end also.

Are you planning to drop the prop at week 4?
There are so many choices better than EQ..as a matter of fact ANYTHING is a better choice than EQ

^^^^ Lunks right EQ is useless, don't waste your money on it.
Front load the test E and save the prop forbthebend of the cycle

First if the pic in the AVI is you then it's not anywhere near 9%. What is your cycle history? I would pic a cut or bulk instead of considering recomp.

For your sustainable goal and comp prep, run test e, tren and var. do the rest with diet and at the gym where most of your time must be spent. Change your workout routine and stay strict and focused like you training for Olympics.

Hard to say entirely from the small pic but it appears you have abs showing yet still carry fat. I would say 14% give or take but hopefully someone better at estimating than me will chime in.
Reputable BB's care little for your health. Is he the same one supplying you your gear...those are always the best ones to listen to lol.?
Like I said...IMO it's best to pick either a cut or bulk as recomp takes a level of diet dedication that many do not have.

No he is not supplying or trying to get me to buy anything from him. Why do you feel that the cycle would be detrimental to my health. Also id like to keep my bf low so a cut would be better for me. So what cycle would you recommend?
what kind are you using? I lve have only came across china generics. not sure if theyre are even legit. if you cant due to forum rules PM me.

Yeah if you can't get legit pharm grade than don't waste your money. I'm using genotropin...lately my diets been off but I'm going to the gym hard and I swear I get bigger and less fat every single day. It's what you want for a recomp, mark my words.

Really enough of the eq hate he might respond to it well. I love eq and it works well for me.
Experiment everyone's body is different maybe it will work for you maybe it won't.
Pre contest stack
400 mg tren
400 mg test
400mg eq
400 mg mast
Run anavar last few weeks if ya want , ill prob try that this year.
