Eat less? I'm confused. OP you need to give us full and complete details. My crystal ball is broken.

Not to sound condescending, but OP, can you please speak in full sentences!?! We can't help you if we don't know what it is you're trying to do. Start with your objective (e.g. Trying to lean out and lose bf OR trying to gain LBM). Give us your FULL stats: age, height, current weight, body fat percent (bf%), TDEE, daily caloric intake. Then list your proposed plan.
I didn't see an AI. I certainly hope your just forgot to mention it.
THEN we can help you.

K 34 5-10 12% bf( slightly higher now I'm sure) 162 as of tonight .. 4500 calories a day... Tdee around 3000 at a guess ... Agenda. 170 10-12% bf would the cycle I proposed in the earlier thread be sufficient for the gains I'm looking for?

The cycle needs more work. It's incomplete.

Thanks for the input... Tendons and ligaments already tough .... Physical labor for work... Concrete work... That's where I estimate my tree from

Don't want to dis you my friend but
Things don't add up your consuming 4500 cal per day for the last 3 months and you weigh 162lb and losing abs
You have been training for 1 year and your routine is spotty as you put it!!
You train at home and do manual work
You stated earlier you don't know what macros are!!
I could go on .......lets start from scratch
First calculate your TDEE familiarise yourself with macros and what your consuming use an app like myfitnesspal
Eat clean bring your weight up
Also pick basic weight training routines to begin with and train hard for 12-16 months
Research beginner cycles I.e test only !!
