Great job! How long do you plan to cut?
THANKS!!
this is my 8th week...just 4 more weeks for the ultimate result...but i aint stopping till i lose this belly!
Looking good buddy... great results what are you running exactly ?
test prop and winstrol. i know its not recommended to run steroids on high body fat but its working! in the pic you cant notice that much cuz of the quality tho
Keep it up man looking great
Great results. Keep it up.
What's your diet like?
Coming along nicely!
Looks great, congrats on the transformation.
Please post some information regarding your diet and workout routine...
Congrats you look great! You should be proud... You have some big biceps!!! Keep it up.
Thanks!!
diet:
just eating very clean, no fried food...its something like this
breakfast: yam,1 plantain, sweet potato, oatmeal(very rare, i hate it). thos are the carbs...with 3egg whites and 1 whole egg(scrambled, never fried food), turkey jam, coffeE-no sugar and sometimes a slice of mozzarella cheese with my meal. Sometimes i have a chicken breast instead of my eggs.
my snacks arent the best cuz im in med school, i eat what i can so i always carry raw almonds and grab 15 almonds and eat em when i get hungry.
lunch is sweet potato, brown rice, or just meat...(steak, chicken breast, salmon, pork) When i get really tired of clean chicken breast i just make some natural tomato sauce,(just liquify the tomato with onions, garlic and stuff) tastes pretty good. almost always have a piece of avocado with that.
PM snack is basically almonds or meat i leave from earlier.
dinner post WO
is just meats...no carbs, only a piece of avocado sometimes. and post workout i always take ON whey gold standard.
on weekends i cheat... but like with ribs and if its gonna be something like lasagna that i had last weekend, i try to have it in lunch.
i workout 6 days a week, i would of got even better results by now if i did enough cardio but i HATE it. i do brazilian jiu jitsu at least 2 times a week, normally post weight training, but if not i hop on the treadmill and do 10 mins(6 running*. yes yes im very lazy.. sometimes i go out and run in the neighborhood and i go longer. on weekends i sometimes have 2 or 3 glasses of wine, maybe sometimes a beer. i dont exceed. i try not to pressure myself to feel i have restrictions, i have to control my mind and not work under pressure, im not dieting, im changing my lifestyle.
hit the weights hard, at least 12 reps..dont use machines.
Nice! Looking much better. I always enjoy seeing transformations. Keep it up!
Looking solid!
What are your stats?
Great Job! Wish I could have claimed that in 8 weeks! Keep it it up! Live well, be well my friend.
Keep it going and post stats ......great job!!
Looking good brilliant transformation mate.
Or your age. Hope you know what you're doing.Originally Posted by dominicanbjj

Good luck.
NO SOURCES GIVEN
22 is young to pump down sauce
But, from what it looks like you will look solid. If anything, run very low doses of test. This will keep your LBM and let you cut pretty hard.
Still looking solid
Well, since your in med school, I'll bet you've done your research and know more about the drugs then most. At 22, you are 1 big guy. Another 20 lbs and you are gonna be quite lean.
To be down only 10lbs, yet we are able to see such a difference in your before and after, tells me you are burning fat and gaining muscle at the same time. Good job.
great job, can clearly see you are working hard!
Look good bro!
Oh yeah, looks like you lost more like 25 pounds! Great job!
What's the total cycle your doing? Body weight and body fat start till now?Originally Posted by dominicanbjj

I agree, there are psychological effects also. With having such good results it can be difficult to accept the results not using AAS. I know guys that started around the same age and every time they come off, it's not long till there back on and that turned into continuous. Hopefully with your med background, use as a kick starter. Congrat's on your results, it's obvious you put the work in.
