Winstrol and injuries, need help to decide!

    Hi guys.

I´m gonna throw in some winstrol to my test cycle, currently doing 360 mg test e for cutting purposes.
Last weekend however i made a stupid decision to arm wrestle some guy.
I did win the arm wrestle, but it came with a price.
I hurt my delt/pec a little and am still recovering from that. The recovery is going along nicely and each day is better than the day before.
I will not be lifting with my upper body until the i feel better.

My question is will winstrol slow down the healing process or is it ok to throw it in right away.
Right now I´m not trying to make gains, only keep pre existing muscles.

So, will winstrol slow down or possibly make things worse at the moment?

Winstrol will dry out your soft tissue in the joints. If you have a joint problem winny won't help it any. Get healed up first.

    Thanks for the advice.
I´ll wait for the injuries to heal completely first.
Scotchguard, do you have experience with winnie?
Any supplements or training routine you would suggest, I planed on doing 8-12 rep range since i´ve read that lifting heavy could be very dangerous with winnie.
i would appreciate any advices about what to do, and what not to do when using winnie.

I thought this thread was going to be about the guy getting hurt from winstrol . haha. Winstrol has caused injuries in me. It is really weak too. All depends on your objectives. You should be doing rehab on your injured area not trying to pick a drug to fix it.

I am not trying to fix the injury with winnie, just wondering if it will slow down the healing process.
I am just a little anxious to get started, I will be very careful once i do start training wise.
My shoulder is actually a lot better now than this morning. Should be ready to train soon, but I will wait until next week at the soonest.
