Cycle Advice
Hey all
25 yrs old
5'8
started out 162 currently 180lb
about 9 weeks into cycle of
testoviron 300 mg 2x a week.
Running arimidex .5 mg each day
Have letro and nova on hand just in case.
I want to add cytomel for my last 4 weeks alongside the Test. Any suggestions.

No this is current. My mistake anavar was the first 6 weeks ive been of it for almost a month now. As for the adex thats what I was recommended since im prone to gyno

No offence, but you barely look like yo lift from that photo. Do have a before photo you can throw up so we can compare?
What were your goals for this cycle? What has your diet been like?
Did you start your a'dex at less than that dosage?

No i dont have another pic..I want to cut and drop some bf..Im eating clean..chicken breast, tuna, tilapia, vegies my day starts at 3 am ... breakfast is 4 hardboiled eggs and oatmeal. 6:30 baked chicken breast and either rice or veggies. 8 am protein shake when possible scrambled eggs. 11 am lunch 3 or 4 eggwhite omlet and tuna. 1 pm pre-workout shake. 3 pm post workout shake. 6 pm dinner varies from chicken to fish or steak usually with veggies.8-9 casein shake. sometimes cottage cheese with some yogurt.

What is your calorie and macro plan for this mini cut?
You know you will need to increase calories during PCT to an excess?

I dont have it broken down. Can you explain to me why I would have to increase calories?

If you don't know what you eat how can you determine if you are bulking or cutting or doing either one successfully?
During PCT you have no exogenous testosterone entering your body and your own natural levels are not up where they will be at the end of PCT. to make up for that loss you need to eat more in an attempt to hold onto your gains. A suggestion is 500cals above maintenance.

O OK thanks I didnt know that..Ill work on my Breakdown. I plan on pct with hcg clomid n nova.. any suggestions with that?

That adex dosage must be a misprint??. That would be enough to crash just about anyone... At least I know it would crash me for sure... Do you mean Eod? Also, you have to get a diet figured out and stick with it... Your body shows that your diet and most likely cardio and lifting are way off. It would be a good idea to stop cycle do PCT, and get your diet and training figured out...then stick with it a couple years before cycling again... There is no reason to cycle if diet is off! Start back from square one and play it safe. You are most likely having gyno issues because your Bodyfat is way to high... Good Luck!

Thanks.. what would be a correct dosage of adex. I was told 1mg eod or .5 every day

That seems high, starting dose is .25 every other day, and then raised to .5mg Eod if needed. How long have you been at that dose?

You haven't felt anything, like lethargy (tiredness or sick feeling)?

literally just got sick out of nowhere.. Not really lethargic or anything but the again I wake up at 3 am and usualy start drinking amino energy throught my mornings so maybe thats why I dont really feel it..

I personally think it is to high. I would cut it back to .5 EOD, and then if there are no estrogen related sides you can cut it back again to .25 Eod. If your estrogen is to low it can bring on a slew of other problems. Have you had any issues with the gyno since you started this cycle?

nipples seem more puffy even at that dose.. So i got letro but havnt touched it yet..

its from a pharmacy.. not sure about brand but bottle says accord anastrozole tablets. 30 tablets 1mg Rx only

Argh..... You should always get bloodwork.

You should do PCT and get bloodwork, this cycle was not well planned out and there is not enough knowledge of diet, training and AAS... Spend lots of time learning, training, and eating and then down the road consider AAS. good Luck!
