1)I was just wondering what everyones take is on cortisol increase as a specific workout length increases say past 90 mins, does it even matter when on test if you go that long or longer?
2) In terms of recovery would I be able to workout say twice a day if I'm feeling okay with a muscle that I already worked out that week (I do 1 muscle group/workout) or should I just let it recover?
Lastly: how many surplus calories should be taken on cycle to bulk? I read different numbers everywhere, some say eat as much as possible, some say just regular 500 surplus, some add another 500 to that lol and whatnot. Currently I'm on 4k calories, around 300 g protons, 120-150 fat, rest in carbs
