    .25mg arimidex a day when bulking ???

    currently taking .25mg day arimidex with 650mg test and 700mg deca this not too much no ?

    I take 1mg of arimidex a day. My current cycle is only 600mg/week test cypionate . My estradiol stays in the teens. What I am trying to say is that everyone is different. For some people taking as much as I do would crash their E2. The best way you can find out what works for you is through blood tests.

    I wouldn't suggest even taking arimidex unless you are having problems with too much estrogen. I only take an ae for the month before my contest each year.

    This is terrible advice, please don't tell people this are you joking? Few people can dose that high and not need an AI. And I would want bloodwork proof to even believe such a claim. That dose would be half of what I needed for those doses at keast

    yeah, you might as well tell him to grow some bitch tits.... it's better to be safe and take a low to moderate dose of AI so estrogen isn't a problem for this guy
