looking for advise on my first cycle of Test

I have been reading a lot of posts on here and figured I would seek advice from the masses. I am looking to advice on what to do for my first cycle.

I am 34 5'9 167lbs no idea on my BF%, below 10%. I have been in the army for 16 years now and in that time i have been a fat 215 and as low as 155. I have been lifting on and off for 12 years or so now. Last year I was running a lot and did a half marathon and cross fit.

Since Xmas i have been doing the 5/3/1 and to a lot of success,

bench 225x5
squat 315x2
dead lift 400 1rm

i stared at 155 and am not 167 ish.

I have been eating clean since xmas and am up to 3000-3200 cal a day, eat every 2-2.5 hours. I am taking a series of sups, BCAA, Weight gainer, createin.

That all being said I am looking to do a 12 week run of test E 250. I can't make up my mind as to run a second compound with the test. I am leaning to tbol, but from what i have read so far first cycle is best done test only. I have have been researching since xmas and know a bit about a lot!! i have a basic understanding on PCT and gyno.

Please advise

Start with something simple. 500mg/week Test cypionate or enenthate. 12 week cycle. PCT Clomid 100/75/50/25 Tamoxifen 40/40/20/20

Have you read up on the different compounds. A beginner's cycle on here. How about the use of AI for Gyno and other reasons, as well as what you might need for PCT. Now if so or if not when you do then come up with a plan and lay it out for us to help and critique. OK
So Test only is quite good enough for your 1st cycle. You'll love it. ...crazy mike

I really don't like oral compounds, and seeing as how this is your first cycle, I would suggest you stick with just testosterone.

weeks 1-12 test enanthate 500mg/week (2-250 mg injections Monday A.M., Thursday P.M.)
weeks 1-15 Arimidex 0.25mg EOD
weeks 15-18 clomid 50mg/day, nolva 20mg/day

Exactly what I would do.
Some of the Vets might advise a different dose for PCT Such as
Clomid 50/20/20/20
Nolva 40/20/20/20
But that's not my expertise, so get more info on that. Because that's what will make or break your ending. ...crazy mike

Crazy mike, I have read on hear, talked to some amateur bodybuilders and vets. Some say to stack with DBol, but to be honest i am paranoid of getting bloated and the side effects. Besides id like to make gradual gains so i can maintain my flexibly.

Hey I didn't log out so sorry. I was with my grand babies here at the house.
Anyway, first cycle do not do the Dbol all you will do is bloat and invite Gyno. Get all your AI and PCT and we'll talk with the others. Just get the Dbol out of your head, you will be surprised at what Test E or C will do for you if you dial in the rest. See ya.. :hello: ...crazy mike
