More than likely your estradiol levels are up too high. Could it be something else? Yes, but more than likely it's your estrogen levels.

How light were you before you started cycling if its taken 3 and a bit cycles to get to 180?

I been taking anastrozole as an ai. I have clomid and tamox on deck but I havent started taking it yet. I was 160 now pushing 185 right now how else do I get the estro down?

Sounds like estrogen to me without blood work your just guessing, try increasing your AI dosage for a week and see how you feel. Although you could send your estrogen to low as well. I know when my estrogen is to low as my joints start to ache, but this is just my experience.
Again blood work is your best tool.
