    diet: ditch the muscle milk, replace with food

    cycle: ditch the eq, replace with more test, need an AI (arimidex or aromasin )

    id run PCT (week 15-18) like:
    clomid 100/50/50/50
    nolva 40/20/20/20

    I would recommend you get bloodwork done first, make sure everything is good before you cycle.

    I would add carbs to your post workout meal, and I agree with above, get rid of all the meal replacements and eat 9oz of chicken breast and 8oz for red meat meals. Bedtime, pre, and post workout are the only time I think protein shakes should be used. You need food to grow. The rest of the diet looks ok.

    I would switch the eq for deca or run the eq for 16 weeks. Being that this is your first cycle in quite awhile you could just run the test and finish with the winny. That's not enough test, I would use at least 400 with the other compounds or 500 if you run it alone.

    PCT is ok but the other suggested is prob better, I personally like 5 weeks, just add one more week of the same dose you would have ended with.

    You deff need an AI, research aromasin or anastrozole.

    Run your hcg at 250ius x2/week and run it up the the day you start your PCT.

    I second what was said, drop EQ, more test, and you're taking way to many shakes man, save your whey for PW..
