Its never to late. You probably have wasted a good portion on this cycle, but if you're going for 12 weeks, that'll give you a few weeks left to get the max results you can. like i said... it depends on your goals. "results" are relative. We all have different definitions of results. I'm no expert on nutrition. From experience... I know what I have to do, and how I have to eat to grow. Your best bet it to list your stats, goals, and diet in the nutrition section, and get some advice from there. Start a new thread here...
NUTRITION RESOURCE FORUM List you age, weight, height, cycle, DIET, and goals, and you'll definitely get better advice than what I could give you. All I could tell you is you need to eat more. I'm naturally lean/skinny and I only ever bulk. I'm never worried about cutting, so I eat anything thats put infront of me if its healthy. You may need a completely different meal/diet regemin than I do. Hit the nutrition section!
