First cycle thoughts

cardio and high intensity/low volume training

my first cycle I thought I'd keep simple:

weeks 1-10: Enan 500mg/wk
weeks 1-12: Nolva 10/day
starting PCT 2 weeks after last Enan injection

I read that in this cycle I should include 1 – 12 L-dex .25mg/day; however, shouldn't Nolva take care of the anti-estrogen?
If it is necessary, I have found 2 products--same amount;however, 110$ difference.

One is
Company: Astra Zenica
Generic Name: anastrozole for x$; 112 days worth

the other is
Company: ALKEM
Generic Name: anastrozole for x-100$; 112 days worth

question 1 is: Should I add/replace/remove anything from my cycle highlighted in red (excluding the armidex)
question 2 is: Should I take armidex?
question 3 is: Which one should I buy if I should take it?

Please edit your post and remove pricing. Take a moment to read the rules.

1. Extend your cycle to 12 weeks.
2. Replace nolva on cycle with Armindex @ 0.25mg EOD and run it till the day before PCT.
3. Consider hCG on cycle to maintain testicular function and speed up recovery, 250iu twice weekly.
4. PCT should consist of both nolva @40/20/20/20 and clomid @75/50/50/50.

40/20/20/20 means 40 mg total for the first week or everyday the first week? and so on
75/50/50/50 means 70 mg total for the first week or everyday the first week? and so on

should these dosages be taken in one sitting or evenly spaced in two sittings or what?

I understand the definition is out there somewhere in limbo. I appreciate your response to spare my eyes the strain to find this link.

so
40/20/20/20 of Nolva means 40mg of Nolva every day for the first week then 20 mg every day for three weeks.

That's correct. Each number is representative of the daily dose for that given week.
