CLEN/T3 Cycle Critique and advice needed

Hey guys, first off, thanks for taking the time to read this!

Stats:
Cycle experience:
1) Dbol 30mg ED/Test E 500mg EW
2) Dbol 30mg ED/Test E 500mg EW/EQ 400mg EW
3) Dbol 40mg ED/Test E 500mg EW/EQ 400mg EW (dbol was too high for me; nips felt weird)
4) Anavar 50mg ED/Test E 500mg EW
5) Currently cruising 200mg Test E EW
Ht: 74.5 in
Wt: 245 lbs
BF: ~18%
Yrs train: 5 consistent
Bench: 315 x 8
Squat: 315 x 20
Front Squat: 315 x 10 (gets hard to breath)
Dead: 315 x 20
Military: 185 x 10 (all the way to chest)

GOAL: Get to ~12% BF

Ok so I’m hoping to get some input on my projected clen/t3 cycle. I know the usual cycle consists of a 2 on 2 off or 1 on 1 off dosing of clen, but I plan to go a full 4 weeks of clen/T3. I intend to upregulate my B-receptors via 50-100mg of Benadryl daily every other week. My diet is very clean with an occasional cheat day, and during this cutting phase, I’ll plan on eating ~1000-1200 calories less than usual.

As for cardio, I’ll be doing 1 hour daily; 30 min in the morning on empty stomach and 30 min post weight training. I swim, I sprint, I run distance, I use stairs, and I walk on an incline. I switch up my cardio often and mostly do intervals.

Here are some questions I have, and below is the sample cycle. Please provide input!!

Also, I have the clen dosed at 100mcg for now, I plan to assess my tolerance and I am not ruling out bumping the dose to 120mcg.

1) Does anyone have any experience with this method for clen/t3?
2) How does it compare to the traditional “off week” type clen/t3 cycles?
3) Do palpitations occur on Clen?
4) How do pre-workout drinks/coffee affect heart rate while on clen?

I'm currently cruising on 200mg Test E a week. Do you think that is too low of a dose to combat muscle loss?

Benadryl wont work. Ketotifen will. Id get some of that. Also this taper up down stuff im not a fan of. A slight taper to test tolerance before jumoing in is ok..then the ketotifen will allow stable doses of clen to remain effective and t3 does not need to be pyramided up or down. (just possibly up to assess any possible tolerance)

Thanks a lot. Ya I saw some endocrinology journals showing that T3 levels post therapy weren't effected from no taper. I was just being cautious.

I'll definitely get the KETO. In your experience, how much muscle loss should I expect while taking 200mg test E a week?

As long as you keep t3 doses reasonable it should be very minimal if at all. (ie 100mcg or less/day)
