    1st Cycle Help

    Good evening Hulks,

I would like some help with my first cycle. I am a bit confused about a few things.

Here is what I plan on running.

    Wk 1-10 Testosterone Cypionate = 250mg twice/wk
Wk 1-10 Arimidex (If I have 1mg tabs, how many do I need to take???)
Wk 1- 12.5 hCG = 250iu twice/wk - day before test injection. <- is there anything I can substitute so I do not have to take additional injections?

    PCT
Begins wk 13 to wk 17

Clomid 75/50/50/50 <- Is this ED?
    Nolva 40/20/20/20 <- ED?

Stole this beginner cycle from the forum. Please help me with my questions. Any comments or Pointers appreciated.

    Val

Im at 5'9'' 150, very lean | 29 yrs old

I run quite a bit, but I'm cutting it out, or limiting it during cycle. I would love to get some one on one help in ordering all my gear and getting my stuff straight. I would even be willing to buy someone a small gift for helping me get everything in order. I'm using some sites to sniff out a site to order from. There are so many options and goods and bads. Just want to have a professional walk me through exactly what I need with some tips. I would like to start in the next 3-4 weeks.

Please edit your post, this isn't a source board. You should know that after 7 years of membership.

There is a stickie about ordering online.

At 150lbs and 5'9 you should really be focusing on your nutrition and workouts anyway. We have a fantastic nutrition forum and lifting section perhaps you should pay them a visit.

You can put a lot of nice size on natty with a good diet and training. You are light for your height.

    Back in Black...

Not looking for a source. I have one. However, it's nice to be able to ask a pro questions as they arise when I'm picking my gear. As far as body weight and height go, I realize a lot if people will consider me "light"

I no shit have a small frame and am genetically a small build. I'm not looking to get huge. I looking to build on top of what I currently have. Additionally, my diet is impeccable and consistent.

I would like to have some one on one chat with an experienced user. Looking for real actual help. I have decided to run a cycle, so now I'm just reaching out to the pros for guidance.

Your diet is off, so AAS won't help with much except side effects. Post in nutrition and let the experts critique it... You would be much heavier if your diet was perfect like you claim, your diet is very flawed or you would be bigger. Steroids don't make you big, how they metabolize protein does. So with that diet it is a waste...

    Good luck!

It appears that you seem to have no clue as to what you are doing and want someone to tell you what to purchase for your first cycle. Well you need to understand much more than what someone says. You need to get educated on here, sticky's , internet / Google and then com back with educated ideas for Q's. To my knowledge this I not a school and is a big responsibility to take someone from 0-100 and teach them everything.
Please do some researching ...crazy mike

If I were you, I would spend a YEAR working on the discipline needed to eat enough for your body type to put on weight consistently. Then, after that, you will probably need to increase what you eat EVEN MORE when you add AAS.

Try to put on 15-20 lbs of mostly lean muscle in one year naturally. More natural base is only good for you, you skinny, skinny dude.

Thanks John rather. The other input from others had no value and was useless.

Why are you saying this useless? You got good advice! You should not be cycling at that body weight. Your diet is off! You would be throwing your money in the ocean if you don't have a good base or eat enough.

Seriously, what worthless input. I asked specific questions and couldn't get basic answers from the forum. I didn't ask your opinion on my weight or diet. I asked very basic questions I needed answered. I have found those answers from real people who actually help and don't bullshit with stupid nonsense I didn't even ask for. Grow the hell up. If I decide to do a cycle, it's not any of your damn business. I'm going through with the cycle. Either be useful or just stfu.

Valtorian, before you make up your mind to do the cycle, please have a look at this article:

GOMAD: How to Gain 25lbs in 25 Days with Squats & Milk | StrongLifts StrongLifts

It's a way for hard gainers such as yourself to get enough of what you need to get past your fast metabolism and actually put on weight naturally.

    Either way, good luck.

I really respect this guy! Haha lol. If you think his attitude is bad just wait until he starts cycling.

A multi vitamin will give you better results at your size and with your diet! Have fun!!!!!
