Welcome.
I have no idea to be honest, but I do know that increased estrogen is not good for any cardiovascular disease. What's your protocol? Are you hCG only? You male or female?~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

wow, thats excellent shape, i would say. 11% is way lower than the average male.
btw, what total T value are you aiming for? what levels could you reach with the gel and the IM and with hcg now? at what levels of total T does your E become too high?

how do you feel at 500+? estro will get proportionally higher if your total T is higher. so one solution is to not aim too high.
that said, i couldn't find any evidence of AI directly causing heart attacks. indirectly, it can cause worsening of cholesterol. so if you have your heart risk factors under control (bp, blood sugar, cholesterol, smoking), i think its quite safe to run a low dose of ai where necessary.

thanx for info ad much appreciated at 500 fell pretty good n everything working pretty good but a week ago it was running great do you think i can get away with 025 of arimadex 2x wk im onlipitor thatl keep the cholestrol down but i do have concerns of high rbc even tho im on plavix n asprin my labs on the rbc come bach on upper average side

0.25mg 2x/wk of arimidex is quite a safe dose. should be fine.
continue your lipitor and monitor cholesterol levels regularly.
rbc is again related to high total T. if you keep T around 500, you may have fewer problems with rbc compared to when you have T around 1000. but as long as rbc and hematocrit(packed cell volume) is within normal range, i won't worry. (btw, aspirin and plavix do not lower rbc. you may have to donate blood to directly reduce rbc)

Yes i think you should aim for a conservative level of T between 500-700. But its really hard to say how much hcg you will need to stay in this range. May need some time to titrate to the right dose.
