How do I run deca and sus cycle?

Hey people,

I'm on day 1 of deca and sus.

This will be my third cycle but first for both these steroids, can anyone help me out on what dose I should be running, I know the test has to be at a higher dose then the deca but as it's not my first cycle I don't wanna do a beginners?!

I'm currently 95kg.

The test does not have to be higher than the deca it's about proper e2 management

What is your dose the now ?

DO YOU REALISE THE DAMAGE YOUR DOING CYCLING AT YOUR AGE AND THIS IS YOUR THIRD

At 23 male or female I would focus on training and diet for a couple more years. You can still make some great gains.

I would run 500 sus and 300 deca per week.
