Hey every one, I'm not a stranger to the gym, I exercise allot, usually 4 or 5 times a week, but when i work out i usually do a cross-fit type of workout, I usually do insanity , it makes you sweat an incredible amount, and i feel great afterwards. Two years ago when I did my basic military qualifications for 5 weeks I lost a ton of weight, i went from 185 to 165. When I returned from course I started running 8-10 KM / day. sometime twice, I loved the way I felt and looked. Now three years later, its been slowly coming back, im now back to 182ish, but i still workout regularly, sometimes i go 2 weeks or so with a visit to the gym, I know this is bad. I just want to maintain a constant weight, one im comfortable with, id like to get back at 165-170, I took anavar once last year and it seemed work. I don't eat greasy food at all and stay away from high carbs. I cant seem to get ride of my waistline i don't like. I just want to have some abs showing and trim down. I know diet is everything, But I do that now,( well I think I eat well) I eat a lot of greens, I use the nutribullet etc.,. I want to know what is a better roid to take anavar or the injection Deca dbol? I want to slim down and get ripped. What do you guys recommend? my stats are below. Any info to educate me on steroid would be great thanks.
