1. must be empty stomach?
2. what time is the best ? can i do my blood test at afternoon ?

I would like to test my testosterone level. What type of blood test you suggest ? Cause I never did blood test before. I'm confuse now. Lol

if you're only interested in total T, then early morning sample. no need fasting.

As said, no need for fasting. Thats only for cholesterol.
Try not to drink alcohol the day or two before.
Refrain from sex for at least 24 hrs.
Get good sleep the night before

There are more tests that require fasting, but yes, lipids is a common test and requires fasting.

Ive never been told to fast for a Testosterone test. How does the 10am rule work if you work nights like me 8pm - 8am? lol

Fasting is to accurately gauge triglycerides and blood glucose.
Just get the test done soon after you wake up for an accurate testosterone reading.

You don't HAVE to fast. If lipids are very healthy then they will test good without fasting.

I wouldn't sweat it too much either way.
