I have a 30ml bottle of cyanocobalamin 1000mcg/ml [1mg B12]
I was wondering what a proper dose should be? 1ml 2x week? mon morning/thursday evening?
or just mon morning/thursday morning?
Anything to be worried about when injecting this? I'm planning on using the standard 6 spot injection rotation.

I loaded 1,000 mcg days 1-3 (just started b12 inj) and was planning on doing 1k per wk from here but if 1k /day when bulking is optimal I'll do that.
