Novice Cycle 1 Help
Need some help here as I am new.
Getting some Test E and Dbol from a buddies source.
Problem is his source only has 50mg Dbol vs 25mg(novice cycle 1 on this site says to use 25).
They are capsules so I cant split it in half like a tablet. Will this be ok?

Played sports all my life. I sat on my ass since graduating in 2001.
In February i joined a crossfit gym and got in shape. Went from 156lbs to 144lbs. Looked good but but wanted to put on more muscle. Plus crossfit was to expensive and to far of a drive. I quit and started straight lifting at a gym that i luckily have free access to. Thats pretty much it. Any more info needed?
I am a smoker but and working to rid that shit.
My diet is in check but can always improve.
Im 5 foot 7 inch

So you are 5"7 and 144lbs? I think you could achieve your goals with a good nutrition plan. If you choose to run a cycle you will more than likely loose your gains if your nutrition isn't spot on. How is your nutrition?

Healthy eating is great but not the same as eating to build muscle... Eating healthy is a good start but the nutrition section will have information to incorporate that into bulking up. As far as the dbol , I don't like it. Also I have not heard of 50 Mgs. Pills. That doesn't mean they don't have them I have just never dealt with them.

indeed. I am on a cycle now and I am eating 3500 cals a day and its so hard to eat every 2 hours.

Im eating 2800-3000 a day and it sucks balls. I prep my foods Sundays and Wensday nights.
Hate it!
So im still stuck if i should order 25's from someone else and wait or go with the 50's.

50 Mgs is not a uncommon dose... Especially if ran a short amount of time. Is this your first cycle?

Yes it is. The reference i am using says 25mg a day for the first 6 weeks.
Was debating 50 for 3 weeks.
Seeing Jims post made me think. So here is another question.
if I were to have really bad bloating or gyno how soon would i expect to see those side effects. Thinking about ordering armidex this friday just incase. Obviously i wont see it at my door step for a week or two into my cycle.

I would seriously consider test only your first cycle, it will do wonders... If you take dbol also you won't know what is doing what. IMO the dbol will be a waste. It is safer and more responsible to run test only and there will be less sides. Test will do heaps for you if you have never cycled! Always run a AI, symptoms can arise anytime. Gyno can flare up overnight in some people. I hope this helps! Also dbol murders your liver! Not like they say alcohol is bad and years later it causes damage, dbol can do it quick!(Within weeks in some cases) That is why most serious body builders do injectable steroids . Also I think dbol sucks I have used but it just put bloat on me.

Thanks all.
Not im jus pissed at myself for not reasearching more.
Already waited 2.5 weeks for this to come in and now will have to wait for another 2 for the lAI. Guess Ill take the loss on the 50s.
Looking a little better before i went to the beach for vacation just went down the drain.

200 grams protein would equate to 800 cals meaning you over 2000 cals coming from carbs and fats.
you would have to be a bit higher to get a good split bro with out slabbin on sloppy weight.
just my two cents when we mean nutrition plan we mean each meal and amount and broken up in macros to ensure you will be gaining the weight you want.
aas is a great tool but not as great as food.

Not at all and i appreciate the help. My diet is alot more complex than that. Im on my iphone and i think we can all agree that it would take me a month to type out my daily diet. There is much more to it.
So, the cycle reference i found said i could take 10mg of nolvidex a day to curb the side effects and block the estrogen. Would this route be ok or wait for a straight AI?
