    First Anadrol Cycle HELP

    First of all, if your trying to tell me not to take this, don't waste your time because I will be taking it either way. I received 28 50mg tabs of Anadrol , my cousin has used Drol since he was 17 and he has never taken a high dosage, he also cycles only a few times a year and he has never had any problems with it and he is now 27 years old. So with that being said I'm currently 18 years old 5' 8" 141lbs and I am starting a cycle. I would like to know when are the best times to take it (what part of the day) and also what type of workouts I should be doing and how frequent should I be hitting each body part. Any and all help would be wonderful. Thanks

    Take 1 tablet first thing when you wake up every morning. Work each body part once a week as heavy as possible. Post cycle use nolvadex to hold onto your gains

    How is it not good advise to tell someone what they want to do is dangerous?

    Your advise to him is terrible. But since your 21 and telling him what he wants to hear you two will be great friend at the trt clinic.

    Hey bro. 5 8 141. That's what I cut to when I was 18. I'm now 27 176. And have been as high as 210. Naturally. Why do you want to take anadrol ? What do plan to accomplish? Please list your goals and the sure effects you know of.

    The advice you need, is to read up on the effects of cycling at your age. Oral only is also terrible. You have no idea what you are doing, obviously don't have training or diet dialed in. This is just a cluster fuk and you are risking permanent damage for little To no results and will most likely lose any gains PLUS some when you stop.
