Blood in ejaculation...

Fellas, I have noticed that everytime I do a cycle of test, especially orals, that I sometimes have small traces of blood in my ejaculation. (not a whole lot but enough to turn it pink or give it a redish tint) This is starting to bother me because at the present I am running valopharm Winny and valopharm tren (no test) and I am experiencing the same problem. If anyone out there has ever experienced a similar side effect I would greatly appreciate some advice. Thanks

hmmm...Iv never heard of AS doing anything like that. Not that it couldnt. U could have a urinary track infection that hasnt gone away? Does it hurt when u pee? Or does it feel like theres preasure and hard to get started peeing? Im kinda lost here but id go to a Dr. and have it checked out. Anything to do with the big guy down there i wouldnt mess around. Bro, best have your prostate checked by a doctor (yeah, I know... unpleasant).

One of the prostate's main duties is to create the seminal fluid which mixes with and carries sperm out of the penis upon ejaculation. And some AAS are known to be unfriendly to ones prostate. (in my case dbol completely wrecks my prostate)

Better be safe than sorry on that.

The thing is guys, I have no pain when taking a leak or and pain in my prostate...But I guess i'll have to make a trip to the doc. Dont like going to him, he doesnt know anything about steroids...makes it hard to have a conversation about it. Thanks for the info

There will not be ANY pain in begining phases of Prostate problems. That is why people think that they are OK. Be safe and get checked!!
I've never heard of this problem while on AS.

Hey bros... I've got the same problem... Just happened last night... it was discolored like somewhat red-ish but it didn't hurt or smell funny or anything else. My little friend seems cool... I don't get it.
Also if I was to go to the ER or a Dr. and told him the "truth" about the cycle I'm on, could I get busted.....

Hustler and i3utane...Don't delay in getting this checked out..It could be a plethora of things, but generally speaking, blood present in semen or urine is a sign of some type of problem..When you go into the Doc or ER room, be upfront with the Doctor..He will need to know what you are taking, length of time, and dosage..Make sure you only speak to him in private and without the company of a Nurse..They are not governed as strictly with confidentiality rules..This is not something to ignore and hope for the best..You are trying to improve your physique, not destroy your body..

Blood in ejaculation could be caused by inflammation, infection, obstructions, or trauma in the male reproductive system.

Now it could be from some sort of disease or a problem (such as infection or cancerous) within the prostate, testicles, urethra, or the epididymis.

Go get it checked out. You may not have to reveal any AAS usage, I dont see why the problem coulnt be revealed without revealing your usage.

Id see a urologist

Sorry Billy, but I don't agree with your advice on this one..Yes, the possible causes could be from what you listed, but he should be upfront with his Doctor..Nothing pisses me off more than when a patient comes in to see me and then lies to me in the same breath..He is there to help and treat you..He may not condone what you are doing, but it is your choice..Be straigh twith him..My advice only!!

Well, depending on the situations, In this case I dont see the relevance. I dont suggest to LIE, but I dont see any reason to bring them up. Depending on the condition, it COULD be AAS related (such as prostate or DHT directly linked). But it could be something small too. Maybe he got kicked in the nuts or something ya know?

Either way, the problem should be detected without knowledge of why it was caused. If its testosterone related, it may or may not have happened anyways with the added (sure didnt help though). If it comes down to something that is serious, then I would volunteer all information about AAS, which by this time I believe a doctor may have already taken a full history.

I wouldnt lie about it though, just not go volunteering it unless it comes down to something serious that revelation may aid in treatment.

Unfortunately, I have had bad experiences with doctors after discussion, and in 1 case a misdiagnosis BECAUSE I revealed it. Most doctors arent as educated in hormones. Endocrinology is what, 6wks in your med school training?? Obviously that would be different with a specialist like an Endo or Urologist

BTW...I start med school in 1 year~! Glad to see a doc on this board.

I was just thinking that to myself as I was replying. Im sure I would want to know everything upfront immediately. Especially since I desire a position in Emergency Medicine. Im sure there will be times especially with overdose cases in where patients, or whoever brought in the patient will with hold information that may be critical out of fear.

hemospermia is not a rare problem. It is dramatic looking but usually not very serious 9/10 times. Most guys get it when they have a cold or an infection. Usually its never noticed cause u usually are not having sex when you have the flu.

i've had it happen a couple of times through the years. I'd get it checked out, you'll probably end up with some antibiotics.

Billy is right on the money with this remark..Don't attempt to self diagnose or take the advice from another board member on your physical state..This board is a great tool for information, however, it is dangerous to try and take this information and make assumptions about your physical health..No website or information source on the net can take the place of a trained M.D..This is exactly the reason why I rarely ever make a diagnosis on this board..It is reckless for me to do because I don't have a patient history, hands on assessment, and the use of diagnostic tools..If the problem persists, go see your Doctor..

Hey fellas, I stopped using the valopharm winny when I originally posted this question. Ever since discontinuing my steroid usage I have not had another episode of blood in my ejaculation. I have heard of similar problems with a few of my friends, all which seemed to stop after steroid use. I have also come across the information about Hematospermia in the past, but am unable to link its connection with steroid usage. But I am sure there is some correlation between the two. my theory is there is some sort of physiological explaination. I'm sure many of you have heard about or seen that some people seem the have an incredable reaction to steroid use, documenting unbelievable results...I know a few of my friends on low dosages acquire crazy gains, while some people like myself require a larger dosage and even then do not get the same results. I know some may argue that fact but I have been training of some time and have taken many courses and done a lot of research. Anyways, enough of my rambling...just thought i'd let you guys know I am problem free...thanks for the concern guys!

Go see your doc, I I personally would tell him the truth. I heard of this happening before with guys using dbol. Doesn't sound cool.
