Exclamation New, and a co worker recommended I do a cycle

Hey guys! I haven't really posted here before, but i've definitely done some reading around here about nutrition and steroid use . I've wanted to try this for a while, and really havent given it any thought till about 2 weeks ago. I'm a complete newbie when it comes to all this stuff, I read a bunch of stuff about a diet and all those kinds of things but I dont even know where to start.

    Here's a bit about me:

    6'1" 225 Pounds.
    23 years old
I used to work out a lot in high school, but since then i've really just put it on the backburner aside from doing a few workouts before I go to work in the morning.

I need to cut first, i'm pretty sure that's the first step. I just dont know what I need to be buying in terms of steroids and such to cut then bulk later down the road.

Any advice would be awesome, I want to start this asap. I was thinking about doing a few rounds of p90x while I started cutting and such, then lifting as i started to bulk. But I just really dont know hah, thank you!

    BMI: 28
    Height: 6'1"
    Weight: 220
Diet: Really non existent as of now, I just grab food when I can because of my job out of convenience.

I did Hockey in high school, so my training was a lot of cardio and lifting but that's really it. I'm 23 and out of shape, ive never been out of shape so this is just throwing me through al oop.

Steroids results are diet based. If diet is off it is a waste...

I would recommend waiting and getting diet dialed in for a couple years, it will do far more then steroids .. Learn about good training and how the compounds work. Without a good diet nothing good will come out of the cycle. Remember the results of the steroids are diet based...

    Best of luck!
