    Best cycle for putting on mass?

    Hey I'm currently doing my first cycle of test prop 125mg eod and i am getting big strength gains along with some size gains.

    I was wondering what would be a good cycle to do next?

    I'm currently half way though my first cycle I've done a lot of research on prop, ai, pct and there doses.

    Ive almost been training 3 years, I had an eating disorder. when I started I was 58kg I'm now 95kg. I have a pretty good knowledge on training and nutrition

    Experience is better than research. If your claims are true... "big strength gains along with some size gains", then you're on the right track. Train harder and eat better you'll do even better.

    There is no such thing as "Best cycle for mass". One with a good diet can gain better on anavar , than one with a poor diet using test/deca /dbol /etc...

    That's true, assuming I have an amazing diet and the perfect training what stack would you recommend for gaining mass?

    I have a fast metabolic rate, I can eat ridiculous amounts of cals with basically no fat gain?

    I'm assuming deca - dbol stack would be something worth looking into?

    Newbnatty, you're not being realistic my friend. these questions you're asking are too broad, and frankly, no one can even give you an estimate of expectations.

    These are things for you to decide in the future. If you want random answers that are not tailored to you, then just use google.

    Everyone is different and my experiences would not apply to you. Eating a "ridiculous amount of calories" is easy. It doesn't stop there, you need to break those calories down to proper macronutrient ratios so that you maximize on your diet based on your goals. I'm assuming that you're not happy with your current result, is that correct? Because otherwise you wouldn't be asking this question.

    So what if I said Deca is the BEST on earth. How do you intend on utilizing this info?

    I have a good understanding on macro ratios, surplus and training as I'm a pt and get pt'ed myself by a natty ifbb pro.

    I'm just looking to further my knowlage on steroids , I'm making good gains but I've seen people make a lot better. I had a mate put on 15 kg from a deca and something stack. I see myself putting on possibly 6-8 kg from my cycle.

    Yeah, 15 kg of fat and water mostly. Not muscle. Steroids aren't magic. Even your 6 to 8 kg is unrealistic.

    Some great feedback for you in this thread OP. I think Aust said it best, everyone has different responses to steroids , and the dosages. Some guys here will get fantastic results by stacking certain compounds at low doses, and others by using just a couple and high doses, and every combination inbetween. What works for me, wont necessarily work for you. Hell, even my brother and I respond completely differently at the same compound/dose, and we're virtually identical in size/build and diet.

    You need to finish this cycle, and figure out for yourself how well it went. Did you gain more or less than expected. How were the side effects. Once you're comfortable with just Testosterone , then select another compound that fits your goals, start with an average/low dose and become familiar with that, and how you feel. Etc, rinse, repeat. You have to play the long game in this sport. There isnt some magic cheat code that the pro's are hiding from you. No magic ratio and combination that will make you the hulk. ]

    I have waffled on, and probably repeated points. Be smart, research, do it right and see the results. Dont be like the typical gear junkie that just increases doses randomly without any reason, and dont just stack random compounds because 'that brahh at the gym said its good'. Learn your body.
