Adding anavar to first test cycle?
Hey y'all I'm new to the site been digging around for awhile planning on doing a test cycle the one recommended in the newb thread.
Wk 1-12 Testosterone Enanthate = 250mg
Wk 1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg
Wk 1-14.5 hCG
My question is could I add anavar to this?? I have a few bottles of mast but as I've read it's a waste unless already low BF.

If you have a great new diet, I would recommend sticking with that by itself until you drop some bodyfat, then once you're lower (~15%) we can discuss the use of AAS.
However, the proposed cycle looks ok, I wouldnt use the Anavar, but I would increase the test to maybe 400mg a week or even 500mg. You didnt mention any use of AI or PCT.
Could you post up a picture for us to guage your body composition please? Whats your training history?

Hey John.
You could add anavar , of course. But it's not necessary. Just run a test only cycle for your first run so that you get used to it and its side effects. You don't want side effects from multiple compounds during your first cycle. You won't know where they're coming from.
before you run this cycle, drop your body fat down to around 16%. Hopefully your plan is to cut with this cycle, as I would not recommend you bulk, not even at 16%. Dropping the body fat will minimize side effects such as blood pressure, high estrogen, etc...

I copied that cycle from the newb thread it's supposed to be 250 bi-weekly 3.5 days.. My bad and yes I just was planning on cutting ill have the wife take a pic when I get home. I like the diet it's alot easier and cheaper to grocery shop when all you basically eat is oats chicken vegetables rice and protien... Correct me if I'm wrong but test doesn't help drop weight like other gear right? I just have 4 bottles of test e a bottle of tren and two bottles of mast... Main reason I'm even thinking starting a cycle because all this kinda fell in my lap.. The test and tren is lixus mast is deutchelab

I would hop on the diet and get your bodyfat down a little more naturally before jumping on a cycle, you will have much better results and be happier in the long run. Would be a great idea to just run Tes to see how your body reacts to it before running other compounds. good luck.

No need for secondary compound in first cycle IMO.

Diet, and lose some Bf. You are sitting at around 23-25% or so, if not more.
From experience, AAs really do work better the leaner you are. Yet, you can use a fairly low dose of test to run a very harsh deficit on a cut.

Sorry for the ignorance but you mean if your on a cutting cycle a low test dose would help? Just trying to understand.

Let's say you run a cut at a large caloric deficit...you are inevitably going to lose some muscle along with fat. Hopefully not too much, and having your macros in order along with training intensely and proper rest will help to minimize muscle loss.
Adding a small dose of testosterone will help to keep you from losing muscle as it will aid in keeping you anabolic even through the caloric deficit.

If you are doing a fairly basic cut, I'd do like 200-350mg a week. I ran 250 for a bit on a cut. It works pretty nice when you kick in some crazy ass cardio @ a very low cal intake.
It really does keep your LBM and strength at the same time. In my case, strength actually wen t up a little.
The only problem with this is that I don't count it as a "real" cycle. Afterwards is when I run serious gear. . . .
But, it really does work well.
