well ive been on n off these forums now for the past couple of yrs n everytime ive needed sum help,
u guys have come through with xcellent advice, so im hoping this time wont b any different. im just
coming off a 3mth Clen n EA stack in which ive managed to shed around 30pds n was now looking to
add sum lean mass. i had the following cycle as an idea:
1-12 Sust 500mgs/wk (Sun 250mg and Wed 250mg)
6-12 Win/Var 60mgs ED (10mg Anavar, 10mg Winny combo)
pct
Nolva wks (16-20) 40, 20, 20, 20 / Clomid at 100/50/50/50
here r my current stats:
weight: 169lbs
bf: 13%
height: 6'0
its basic n simple, dont want to b adding to many chemicals at the moment. any n all help would
greatly b appreciated. if anymore info is needed, just ask away. thanx n ill b looking forward
to ur responses
