Depends on your exertion... But for most people, i would say 5 days a week tops... Unless you're an upper tier athlete. Just remember, if you lift big you gotta eat big. And just for the record, if you're taking dianabol without test, stop. Now. It's for your own good.
You can workout 10 times a day. But you'll benefit more from rest than you would from frequent workouts. Steroids or not, you need to rest to grow. The only time I advise 2 workouts per day, is when one of them is cardio only.
I x2 ^^^ If you need that feeling of always working out and making your gear work the best do a a.m. cardio workout then do your lifting in the afternoon or evening... I get like that and just want to workout and workout again soon after sometimes but consume that time with an added cardio workout, it'll do you better than 2 lifting workouts per day.
Not that this is what I am recommending, but if you insist on lifting twice a day, there are splits that are designed for this.
Is this a dbol only cycle
If you get a thorough workout, there is no need to work out a second time that day, unless cardio or hitting a new muscle group. Hitting the same muscle group more than once a day is over training, and doesn't give your muscles a chance to rest and grow.
DBOL ONLY was my FIRST cycle and obviously my first mistake regarding cycling
You know what I agree with you but what do people say about training legs 8 days in a row for 4-7 hours a day?? I bring that up because I trained legs 8 days in a row doing a 550 mile bicycle ride.... never trained for it or anything but my legs worked all 8 days and grew.... got stronger and bigger than they were 8 days prior..... That being said can't the body adjust to over training? It sure did in my 8 day ride
6 week dbol cycle with nolvadex and clomid for testosterone recovery...
Ct fletcher says no such thing as over training
^ I don't think we're discussing over training. We're talking about potential growth benefits.
Simply put. If you have the strength and energy to train the same muscle twice in one day, you haven't hit failure and the max overload to promote growth on the first session Again we know what it takes to grow and rest is a factor. So if you trained to max potential growth the first time then you need to rest so it can repair. It's a simple science. Just because you are on any cycle doesn't change the simple science. Steroids don't repair our body does and it is going to take more time then a few hours. ...crazy mike
PS: I think over training has more to do with overall total body fatigue in which your body is so drained it take longer to support the same repair. It is tired...... I have done that...cm
Brilliant, just brilliant.Quote:

Well I did take your advice on the macros... What I purchased was a beginner # 1 cycle.... Which I am!! Shit was in the mail before I found this forum I researched dbol only cycles and decided to proceed with it since its a short cycle and was curios to see for myself... As of bloat I've expericend very little so far. Find the effects pleasant acualy.... Increased agression while lifting... And have added weight and reps... No muscle soreness the following day.. And working out every day with intensity.. Increased energy...
This is not a beginner's cycle. If you take the decision to take dianabol, why not testosterone? Fear of injection? This is an idiot's cycle.
Why?
You risk hepatoxicity for gains you'll not keep. Of course, you'll lift more and more reps, this is how dbol works after all. When you stop taking them, you'll most likely lose it all.
IMO if a person is training to failure once in a day that is plenty of tear down to initiate growth. Eat and sleep instead.
Why would you want to?
I have done double training sessions before in one day but only if I missed a session the day b4 or knew in advance that I wouldn't be able to complete a session
I am following a 3 beginner cycle beginner plan that was provided by the supplier .. The next cycle is test e 500 per week stacked with dbol... I'm not scared of needles.. ( never injected anything before) but being new to this am just following suppliers protocol for recommend cycling . I inquired about multiple workouts because I dose in the am after breakfast and at night after dinner... I am lifting to failure but by the time I dose in the evening feel no fatigue and am full of energy once I ingest it. (actually am having a hard time falling asleep) was just curios if that was a sign to hit it again.. I'm using hit training workouts but naturally have an abundance of stamina ....
I will go twice some days but my second workout will always be cardio or abs or forearms... Just little muscle groupsQuote:

Staying with your question what are you talking about. Training the same muscle or going back to workout other parts. By the way PUMP, ENERGY, SORENESS and FATIGUE have nothing to do with promoting muscle growth. Aas might and does give you better , faster recovery time, but in the case of what I'm saying aas doesn't change having to rest after max loading to promote growth. ...
Read what I said and tell me what you are talking about. One subject here. ...crazy mike
U pretty much answered me along with other members.. Thanx.. Better to rest... I figured as much but as I previously stated after dosing I get a burst of energy and was curious as to utilize it in a work out or not..
The better rested overall the more growth potential. Just take a look at your week scheduled workout plan. Major muscle (for me) once every 5 to 7 days. Providing I hit Max Overload wit the workouts. Some other parts like abs and cardio more if I feel the energy.
